We offer several levels of partnership so businesses of different sizes can participate:

Partnership benefits may include recognition on our website and communications, visibility at community programs and events, opportunities for employee engagement, event sponsorship, community partnership opportunities, and other customized recognition based on sponsorship level.
Name a Queer Stability Space
Organizations may sponsor one of our offices or meeting rooms for $10,000, providing naming recognition for the remainder of 2026 and throughout 2027.
Only 8 naming opportunities are available.
Sponsor an Entrepreneur
For $3,000, a company can sponsor a one-year floating membership for an entrepreneur, helping provide access to workspace, community, connections, programming, and resources that can support the growth of their business.
Only 10 entrepreneur sponsorships are available.

Q3 2026 Awardee: Cory Klein from Movie Buff Nails
Movie Buff Nails offers sliding-scale services to help make affirming nail care more accessible to community members. Their work supports transgender, nonbinary, and queer people in expressing themselves confidently and showing up as their authentic selves. 
Q3 2026 Awardee: Grit City Books
Grit City Books is more than a bookstore, it is a welcoming gathering place for community. By hosting author talks, nonprofit programs, and educational events free to the public, Grit City Books helps create accessible opportunities for learning, connection, and conversation. |
Q3 2026 Awardee: Kindred Creations
Kindred Creations creates affirming LGBTQ+ items designed for Pride events and for queer community members to enjoy year-round. Their work helps people celebrate identity, express themselves, and feel seen through creative, community-centered products. 
Q3 2026 Awardee: Red Thread Collective
Red Thread Collective is a social-impact enterprise that uses business as a tool for community investment. Funding generated through its for-profit work helps support its nonprofit arm, which provides microgrants for social gatherings, events, and spaces that bring people together and strengthen community connection. |

Somos Seattle is a community-driven organization creating vibrant spaces where Latinx culture and 2SLGBTQ+ identity come together. Through cultural events, community gatherings, and leadership programming, they foster connection, visibility, and belonging across WA State. Their work centers queer Latinx joy, bringing people together to celebrate identity, build relationships, and experience community through shared culture, food, music, and meaningful engagement.

The REACH Center is a youth-focused resource hub in Tacoma supporting young people ages 16–24 in achieving their education, career, and life goals. As a program of Tacoma Community House, The REACH Center provides coordinated services, mentorship, and access to community resources that empower young adults to build stable, successful futures. Their work is rooted in healing, empowerment, and collaboration, helping youth navigate opportunities while advocating for systems that better support their economic and personal growth.

Q1 Queer Stability Awardee: Hair by WaynR
Also known as Lavinda Lyfe, mother of the House of Lyfe, Wayne’s work goes far beyond hair. Through free and low-cost and affordable haircuts, Hair by WaynR directly supports queer youth and queer community members across the South Sound creating moments of dignity, confidence, and belonging. Their dedication to showing up for community, especially youth, is exactly what Queer Stability exists to uplift. 
Q1 Queer Stability Awardee: Vigil Family Medicine
Led by Dr. Pat Vigil, Vigil Family Medicine provides affirming, patient-centered medical care to individuals and families throughout the South Sound. Their practice is especially committed to supporting youth, ensuring young people are respected, represented, and able to show up as their full selves. This kind of care is foundational to long-term stability and wellbeing in our community. |
Q1 Queer Stability Awardee: Juniper Botanical Bar
Located on South Tacoma Way, Juniper Botanical Bar is more than a new business, it’s a new queer gathering space. The proprietors and staff have intentionally created a welcoming, affirming environment where queer folks across the South Sound can connect, relax, and feel fully seen. Spaces like this are essential to community stability, and we’re proud to support their launch and growth. 
Q1 Queer Stability Awardee: Dough Daddy
Dough Daddy is a cottage baker and artist whose work feeds both bodies and community. Through consistent support of queer nonprofits and queer community across the South Sound, Dough Daddy exemplifies what it means to give back creatively and generously. Their commitment to community care, one delicious offering at a time, makes a real impact. |
